MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- At least 18 years old
- U.S. citizen with no felony convictions
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma/GED plus 40 college credits (60 credits required for lateral candidates)
- Must meet Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards and Training Board requirements
- Successful completion of written, psychological, medical, and background examinations
IDEAL CANDIDATES
Individuals who demonstrate strong communication skills, sound judgment, integrity, professionalism, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. A commitment to community service and ethical policing is essential.
TESTING DATES
