GoLawEnforcement.com was founded by U.S. Special Agent (former) Joseph Libowsky.  Special Agent Libowsky was honored to be selected as “Agent of the Year” by the U.S. Department of Transportation, Office of Inspector General, where he specialized in counterfeit aircraft parts, stolen aircraft cases, and arms trafficking.

Agent Libowsky (former) worked for the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) where he was assigned to the Wisconsin Statewide Intelligence Center (Statewide Fusion Center) and was a member of the Child Abduction Response Team (CART).

Special Agent Libowsky is a graduate of San Diego State University where he was president of the Criminal Justice Students’ Association and is past president of the Federal Criminal Investigators’ Association, Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter.
