Salary: $3,743.67 – $4,404.33 Monthly

Position Summary:

The Public Safety Officer (PSO) performs a wide variety of tasks in support of law enforcement and crime prevention functions.

Essential Functions:

  • This position maintains property and evidence, police uniforms and related equipment, and assists with police fleet and equipment.
  • Frequently interact with and provides assistance to the public, and special Town events.
  • Conducts a variety of technical and administrative tasks in support of the Police Department and to perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Texas driver’s license.
  • Must have the ability to pass a physical.
  • Previous experience involving personal computer operations is preferred.
