Salary: $66,198.89 per year

Position Summary:

The Seagoville Police Department is currently accepting applications for the position of Police Officer. Applicants meeting the minimum requirements will be invited to take the written test and the physical assessment. Successful applicants must submit to an extensive background investigation, physical, psychological exam and drug screen.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age;
• High school graduate or have a GED Possess a valid Texas Driver’s License Pass a written test and physical assessment Pass a comprehensive background investigation Pass oral interview(s) Pass Polygraph exam Pass a pre-employment physical exam, psychological screening & drug test.
• In addition the successful candidate will be of good moral character and they must meet any other standards, rules or regulations set by law or policy by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement
