Essential Functions:

  • The primary duties and responsibilities of a Police Officer include the prevention and suppression of crime, the investigation of offenses and the arrest of offenders, the protection of life and property, and the preservation of the peace.
  • This is a safety sensitive position
  • Performs other duties as requested

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must have either a high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum age of 21
  • Valid driver’s license
  • U.S. Military Service Or
  • A minimum of 64 hours of college credit, Criminal Justice is preferred
