Officers are also assigned to the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency (M.D.E.A.), the Maine Computer Crime Task Force, the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Joint Terrorism Task Force (F.B.I), the Drug Enforcement Administration (D.E.A.), and the Central Maine Violent Crime Task Force which is partnered with the U.S. Marshals Service and the Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (A.T.F).

Qualifications:

All applicants must be at least 20 years of age.

All applicants must have already taken and passed the Maine Criminal Justice Academy’s Alert and Physical Fitness Tests .
