Position Summary:

The City of Hoschton is seeking applications for a full-time Police Officer. Yearly salary will be based upon experience and training qualifications. Full-time officers will have Health, Vision, Dental, Retirement (401IRA) and Paid Time Off. Officers are allowed to take home a vehicle if living within 30 miles of the city.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid Georgia driver’s license.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Georgia P.O.S.T. certified Police Officer or Police certification from another state.
• No felony convictions.
• Pass an extensive background history check.
• Pass a polygraph or voice stress analysis test.
• Pass a drug screen.
