The incumbent will be responsible for developing a comprehensive program to investigate and deter tax fraud against the State of Delaware. This will include working with audit staff to monitor, maintain, and enhance Revenue’s existing fraud detection and prevention program and ongoing fraud detection strategies, as well as investigating claims of tax fraud. The incumbent will have primary responsibility for cases identified either internally or from external tips, including all aspects of the investigation from the initial report through prosecution or administrative action.
