Full-Time Male and Female Correctional Officer

Position Summary:

Full-time position available for Male and Female. Duties include transports to and from court hearings, direct supervision of inmates, medical (prescription), booking, photographing, fingerprinting and some computer skills and manage high stress situations.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age,
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent,
  • A valid driver’s license,
  • Be insurable under county policy,
  • Candidates must be able to work all shifts which includes days, afternoons, evenings and overnights. These shifts include weekends, holidays, and overtime.
